Arashi walked down route 29. He was holding his hands in his pocket. He wasn't really in a good mood. His father walked with him to Newbark town. Thats wher ehe left him. He just wanted to be with him when he left for his beginning of his journey. He was glad he started here at least. He had heard a rumor about a certain fire pokemon he was looking for hiding here. That interested him more then anything. Shiloh could def use the help. Especially if he didn't have to face a pokemon a lot stronger then him. If growlithe was here he would surely have to catch. Truthfully any fire pokemon would do right now. As long as he could find it.

LV 6 Lucky you. You manage to find a Growlithe, sleeping off to the side of the road.

Arashi was very surprised by the Growlithe on the side of the road. He was going to try and catch it no matter what it took. He threw out Shiloh's pokeball. He was hoping to get one big hit and then be able to throw a pokeball. "Shiloh use water gun." When it popped out of the pokeball it shot the water gun right at the pokemon. Arashi hoped that catching it off guard would work the way he wanted. Which was that it would be very successful. If it wasn't he would have to be really rough with it.

Your orders to Shiloh had caused the Growlithe to awaken, though it only stirred slightly before it was hit dead on by the super-effective Water Gun. The attack was a brutal blow to the Growlithe's health, but it managed to quickly get back on its feet. It charged at your pokémon, zigging and zagging to better dodge any further attacks, and used Bite when it had closed the distance.

"Shiloh dodge the attack." He listened to what his trainer said and slid out of the way of the bite attack. Arashi knew very well that another water attack would probably finish the pokemon off. He wanted to catch it though so he threw a pokeball now. Shiloh was a little bothered because he didn't want the pokemon to join them. He wasn't done hurting it.

The pokéball impacted with the Growlithe, absorbing the pokémon inside. Wiggle, wiggle ... Wiggle, wiggle ... *ding*
The Growlithe now belonged to you!

He picked up the pokeball not really impressed. He put shiloh back in his pokeball. Now he was looking for more pokemon a bug pokemon preferably. He heard that a lot of interesting bug pokemon made homes there. If he could find any of the few powerful pokemon here he would be satisfied. He isn't that picky.

A wild Wurmple appears! Level 6 Almost as soon as the thought had crossed your mind, a Wurmple came crawling around a nearby tree, right into your line of sight.

Every bug pokemon except wurmple. He just couldnt bring himself to fight it. It didn't interest him. Not one bit. He could find stronger pokemon if he stayed home all day. He just walked right by it looking around. He would find a good pokemon one way or another.

A wild Nincada appeared! Level 8 The Nincada chirps loudly, sounding its almost mournful song, as you approach it.

He threw out the pokeball containing growlithe this was a perfect pokemon for his team. He decided he was going to hit a few times first though. "Growlithe use ember." The puppy pokemon charged before firing a ember at point blank range for the pokemon. Arashi was impressed. He didn't expect the pokemon to be this strong or quick. He sure was glad he decided to catch it.

The Nincada wasn't stupid, though it was called sometimes.. As soon as the Growlithe began to rush him, he kicked up sand using Sand-Attack and quickly skittered off into the brush. Watching you and your Growlithe from the safety of the bush, it began to use harden to ready it's defense if you decide to attack it again.

"Burn the bush." Growlithe fired his ember right at the bush. He was going to light the bug on fire for sure. Arashi liked his chances right now. He had though about it a little and really didn't want this pokemon any more. It seemed liked a huge waste to him. He was going to use it to train his Growlithe though

The bush would be set ablaze and the spider like pokemon would also take quite a bit of damage from the attack. It was sure to be taken out soon. As the fire began to cover the entire bush, Nincada would charge Growlithe with the bit of energy it had left. It would let loose his Leech Life attack and then once it got closer it would attempt to strike at the fire pokemon with a Scratch attack.

With the bush ablaze Arashi had thought he won. Thats when he saw the bug charging growlithe. He couldn't dodge the attack so he took the damage head on. "Pathetic. Finish it off with bite." It would doge the scratch before trying to bite the bug pokemon. Which seemed like a great plan to Arashi.
