STARTING AN ADVENTURE(CATCHING)

Ryuu waved goodbye to his parents at the edge of the town and took off, Keitaro and Sora by his side. This was it- the start of his pokemon journey and Sora's breeding journey(nothing negative intended). He looked over the girl, her pink hair having made her a stand out among the other females in town and he smiled gently. She was so beautiful and she was his, though sometimes her wondered what she had seen in him because she always did hit him whenever she considered something he did stupid, but something about him had obviously made her like him and hey, he wasn't complaining.

The two traveled for awhile before they decided to take a break and he sat down on the grass, laying out in the sun. "I'm going to take a bath in the lake" she stated and walked off, Ryuu staring at her bum the whole way. Keitaro scratched him lightly on the cheek and he glared at the pokemon. "Hey you can't blame me, she's sexy" he stated and stood up. "I'm going for a run" he stated and began to jog aroundm, atleast until Keitaro stopped, his fur on edge.

LV 6

A Charmander is simply walking by, minding its own business however it stops once it sees sight of you, curious as to what you're doing.

Ryuu saw the charmander and a grin appeared on his face. Getting down on his knees he whispered something to Keitaro, who merely nodded. He walked slowly up to the charmander until he was right infront of it and smiled, holding out his hand. "Hello, little guy.. I'm Ryuu" he murmered, hoping to have the pokemon's full attention. While he talked to the Pokemon Keitaro made his way slowly around until he was right behind him and with a vicious jump he attempted to bite his fangs into the pokemon.

The Charmander would acknowledge your greeting however would yelp in pain as soon as your Growlithe's teeth sunk into its back. Angry, it would take advantage of the short distance your Growlithe put between the two of them and would use Scratch, hoping to rake the Growlithe's face.

[ryuu]

The Growlithe almost managed to dodge, but the scratch got a little big of his face before he could get out of the way. He growled, angry and jumped once more at the Pokemon, his face now serious as he attempted to bite the Pokemon again, hoping that if the Charmander was caught he wouldn't hold a grudge against him.

[Shonkey.]

The Charmander managed to dodge the Bite at the last moment, now that it knew what was coming. It retaliated by using a Growl attack, hoping to lower Keitaro's attack by seeming less threatening. It certainly wasn't pleased with your sneaky and underhanded tactics, though knocking out your pokémon would be enough to even the score.

Growlithe didn't flinch one bit and then let out a load roar himself, hoping to lower the Charmanders Attack. Afterwards it jumped around quickly, trying to confuse the poor pokemon before appearing behind it and attempting to dig it's pearly whites into the Charmanders shoulder with a harsh bite, that he hoped would cause critical damange

After the successful Bite, the Charmander would fall over damaged and exhausted, making it available for capture. Should you throw a Pokeball at it, no struggle would be made as the capture would be successful.

Ryuu threw the pokeball, capturing the Charmander and grinning as he gave a treat to Keitaro. "Good job, boy" he stated, petting the Growlithe softly before tucking the Pokeball into his belt. He then continued his run with Keitaro, wondering what other pokemon he would run into.

LV 8

A Venonat is present in one of the trees near your position, simply resting upon the branches.

Ryuu saw the Venonat before it could, hopefully, see them and he had an advantage. He whispered to Keitaro, who went sneakily behind the venonat and at the right time jumped at it, attempting to bite it's shoulder and knock the two off the branch, pushing the Venonat full force into the ground.

Unfortunately, the Venonat would see you long before you could and only pretended to be oblivious to your Growlithe's attempt at a sneak attack. As soon as your Growlithe neared the Venonat, it turned around quickly and jumped at your Growlithe as well, hoping to counter with a Tackle. Seeing how the Venonat was at an elevated position, it would pack more power behind its Tackle than your Growlithe's bite.

Keitaro seemed generally surprised as the Venonat jumped at him, tackling them both to the ground with his teeth sank into the Venonats shoulder. He whimpered a bit and let go, quickly escaping from the Venonat. Turning around he let out a ferocious roar, attempting to scare his opponent and lower their attack so he could turn with another bite attack.

[Paradox?]

Venonat flinched visibly as your Growlithe growled at it. It was caught off-guard by the growl, but it wasn't unprepared. It stared at the Growlithe with it's large, red eyes and opened it's mouth. Utilizing it's high voice, it let out a screech. The Venonat's Supersonic attack was aimed at your Growlitlhe, but it does not inflict Confusion if it hits.

Growlithe flinched softly as the siren sound hit his ears, but he stayed on guard. He began to jump around quickly to confuse the Venonat before giving a ferocious tackle attempt. If the attempt succeded he would then bite hard into the venonat.
